Glazed in gentle natural tones, this  yunomi plus lid gives you options far beyond your favourite drink, whether it's a morning coffee, a relaxing herbal tea, miso soup or hot chocolate. Use for breadsticks and a dollop of dip, sipping soup and crackers, or veggies and a spoonful of hummus. Treat yourself to the possibilities.

After I threw the cup on the wheel, I measured carefully to ensure the lip of the lid fit well into the cup, and the edge worked with the cup's width. After I bisque fired them, I hand-painted with runny reactive glazes which combined to create the variegated effect in their final firing.

Holds 250 ml / 8 ounces.
