Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.Â
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In Canada, receive free standard shipping on orders over $150. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Consider free local pickup by appointment in Toronto.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Kalonceramics.ca is not liable for any products lost or delayed during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take a photo of the item and contact hello@kalonceramics.ca within 3 days of receiving the package. A store credit may be issued if the item is broken in shipping. Please read our Refund Policy.
International Shipping Policy
Kalonceramics.ca ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
As required by recent changes in U.S. law, Kalonceramics.ca collects duties on shipments bound for the United States. Duties are calculated and displayed at checkout. The total is displayed prior to completing payment.
