Refund Policy

Thank you so much for purchasing my pottery at kalonceramics.ca.

I hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please contact me first at hello@kalonceramics.ca to let me know that there is an issue. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs when making a return and is responsible for the item(s) until they reach me, so I recommend using a shipping method with tracking and a signing requirement.

I pack each item carefully to ensure safe travels. However, if careless handling in shipping causes your item to break, I will consider the damage intensity and other circumstances to offer store credit. Note that this store credit policy does not cover imperfections inherent in handmade items that do not affect the usage of the item.

In order to be eligible for store credit, contact Kalon Ceramics at hello@kalonceramics.ca within 3 days of delivery. Please take a photo of the damage and include it in your email.
