Sakura Child's Cup

This small stoneware mug makes a treasured heirloom for a child's hot chocolate, or enjoy a flat white, cappuccino or evening herbal tea for yourself. This mug also makes a thoughtful gift filled with wrapped truffles or specialty tea.

For this one-of-a-kind mug, I hand painted the bisque-fired mug with pink sakura blossoms on each side, and added a translucent petal pink glaze to the inside. The entire mug then got dipped in a clear glaze that adds gloss and durability. This mug holds 5 oz.
