Pitchers (3 Sizes)

Glossy green and soft white make these pitchers a fresh treat in themselves. For the largest jug, fill with milk, water, hot cider, juices, lemonade, or sauces for a crowd. The medium and small can be used for syrup for waffles or pancakes, hot-fudge sauce for ice cream, mushroom gravy for mashed potatoes, rum sauce for Christmas pudding, and more. The smallest easily doubles as a creamer. The trio would also look beautiful displayed with flowers together or singly.

After I threw these pots on the wheel, I flared out a spout on each, and fashioned scrolling handles from a rolled slab. After I bisque fired them in an electric kiln, I painted the entirety of each piece in three layers of a soft white glaze, and another three layers of jade green on the top half, making sure to encourage some delightfully runny trails.
