Even those ravenous for ramen may require a bit of variety. The new Kalon Ceramics lidded ramen-bowl set dishes up many possible uses.

In making the pieces, I intentionally chose not to add chopstick holes to the ramen bowl to retain the versatility of its use. The lid is equally oven-safe, and not only that, it be can used as a small baker, like for cheese. It’s a bonus ovenware piece!

  1. Elevate your takeout: spoon a fragrant basmati pilau into the bowl and serve samosas on the plate.

  2. This’ll make you look forward to winter… Enjoy a favourite chili, with squares of cornbread and pats on butter on the side.
